THE PTECH STORY
By Dr. Janet Parker Indira Singh is a whistleblower and she speaks eloquently in the Snowshoe film available by internet. http://www.snowshoefilms.com/911coverup.html Her story is an indictment of USA national security policy and makes us question whether high USA governmental officials plan to leave these problems still unresolved. Indira Singh is a former J P Morgan Chase Risk Management expert. She is also an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) who responded to the disaster at The Twin Towers on 9-11. Indira's career in Information Technology first started with First Boston's Information Technology Group in 1970. She worked on Wall Street and as an IT consultant for Bank Trust, the U.N., JP Morgan, and American Express. In 1988 she started TibetNet, a derivative of the Defense Advanced Research Project (DARPA). In 2001 Indira Singh was working on a risk management computer program for JP Morgan to monitor bank business worldwide. This new intelligent software could detect money laundering and other crimes while they were happening and then immediately alert a person or even shutdown the transaction. Indira felt she had found the perfect software to spy on transactions within the bank secretly and keep track of suspicious activity. She was investigating the high-level information spook program PROMIS by a small Boston Computer firm called Ptech. PROMIS software came highly recommended to her by those in national security as the perfect software to detect money laundering and bank fraud. Ptech sold its software to several prominent clients and governmental agencies which included: Both houses of Congress, The White House, Treasury Department (Secret Service), CIA, FBI, Air Force, Navy, Department of Energy, IRS, IBM, Enron, and even NATO. Ptech had even worked on a project that revealed all information processes and issues that the FAA had with NAS (National Airspace Systems Agency), But to her dismay, Indira Singh found out that Ptech had all the markings of a CIA front company. Several people at Ptech were targets of Operation Greenquest, a Dept of Treasury terrorism investigation led by US Customs. The company's funding vehicle, BMI, had also been the subject of a FBI investigation called "Vulgar Betrayal". Roger Burlton from the Business Process Renewal in Vancouver, warned Indira, not to trust the Ptech consultants. Roger said "Don't let them out of your sight and don't let them leave with anything." Roger Burlton knew that Yasin Al Qadi had been an investor in Ptech. In 1999 an FBI investigation was started when a tip from a BMI accountant suggested that funds from BMI may have been used to finance the U.S. embassy bombings in Africa, FBI Special Agent Robert Wright investigated BMI's 26 subsidiaries which included Ptech. BMI's chief investor was Yasin Al Qadi, who was named an Special Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT) in October 2001 for his financial support of Hamas and al-Qaeda. Yasin Al Qadi is related to the Saudi Royal Family. Al Qadi funded Ptech well into 1999, and beyond that funded the 2001 Horizons (Arabic Ptech) Software venture. It was also suspicious that Muhammed Mubayyid and Suheil Laheir, who were both Ptech employees, and formerly worked for Care International. Care was part of Maktab al-Khidamat (MAK), The MAK was an accounting mechanism designed by CIA to pass funding (BCCI money) through to the Pakistani ISI on to Osama bin Laden. Care was also implicated in the 1993 conspiracy to bomb the World Trade Center. Another BMI investor was Mousa Abu Marzouk, who operates openly as a Syrian Hamas leader and a sponsor of terrorism. Musa Abu Marzook established a major base of international financial and political support for Hamas in the United States. Marzook founded the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP). The IAP was intimately linked with another Hamas front, the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development. American Muslim groups like IAP and CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) are fundamentally based on extremist ideologies and form an integral part of an international terrorist support network Not surprisingly FBI Special Agent Wright found his FBI investigation was thwarted, blocked and eventually discontinued. Another Federal Agent from US Customs, Joe Webber was finding similar obstacles to the Joint Terrorism Task Force Operation Greenquest. Operation Greenquest was an aggressive, Customs-led task force into money laundering and terrorism funding. The investigation was turned over to FBI control when US Customs was finally folded into Homeland Security. After the change in leadership the investigation was discontinued. Singh flew to Washington D.C. to discuss the allegations with five of the ex-Ptech employees. They were scared for their lives, and for their families and some said they had to leave the country. They told her, 'Indira, you don't know who you're dealing with.' Anyone from Boston knows all about how witnesses are bullied and intimidated into silence by corrupt public authorities. The Boston FBI office was notorious for a scandal over the agency's coddling of murderous organized crime informants. When 9/11 happened, there still was an active US Congressional Governmental Reform Committee investigation regarding the corruption of high-level governmental officials and the running of drugs into Boston. A ten year old case against a former FBI agent, led to an until-now inexplicable threat by President Bush, to use "executive privilege" to cloak details about the Boston FBI from Congressional investigators. DEA and US Customs officials had complained for years of interference in their efforts to curb the drug trade into Boston. Dedicated DEA agents found their wire taps and sting operations compromised. Years ago, a courageous US Customs agent tried to stop the head of the Irish Mob, Whitey Bulger, from smuggling bulk cash out of the Boston's Logan Airport. Those who opposed the governmental corruption found their careers forever ruined or worse. It comes as no surprise to those of us from Boston, that 3 of the planes hijacked on 9/11 were from Boston's Logan airport. Indira found that alerting her bosses at JP Morgan, one of America's largest banks, to the terror threat did not have the expected result. Indira was warned that if she would just shut up about Ptech, she would have a long and prosperous career at JP Morgan/Chase. As her investigations were further collaborated, she took her evidence to the FBI and then to the official 911 Commission, neither acted on the information. No one wanted to hear about the ties between the Ptech company and terrorists. They were shielding a money laundering vehicle, that was created back in the 1980's as part of the CIA's program of arming the Afghan mujahedeen. (Senate Investigations headed by Carl Levin later revealed JP Morgan and Chase were also corrupt and involved in the laundering of drug money.) While the FBI was laboring with an old antiquated computer system, the software company called Ptech had access to the FAA's entire computer system for two full years before the 9/11 attack. While US agencies grappled with the problems of interoperability between various governmental computer systems. Care and Al Kifah both launched efforts to make the Islamic religious movement more high-tech. A Care document states, "It is the duty of every Muslim, especially those with the latest technical expertise from the U.S., to contribute this knowledge that Allah has bestowed on them." The fruits of their efforts are clearly evident in every Jihad broadcast and web site.
